Politehnica University of Timisoara (UPT) is partner in the ongoing CEF Telecom (HaDEA) project “EBSI4RO: Connecting Romania through Blockchain”, together with UEFISCDI – Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding, implementing a national system for issuing university diplomas and micro-credentials on EBSI, and offering 5 MOOCs for EBSI adoption in the country. UPT assisted UEFISCDI in setting up an EBSI node. UPT was an active participant in the EBSI Early Adopters Programme and is now involved in the National Resilience Programme for the university digital transformation. UPT will participate in WP4.
