GRNET (National Infrastructures for Research and Technology) operates under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and is responsible for the development and deployment of digital services to Greek citizens. It has developed the gov.gr portal, whose services are used by millions of citizens and has been active in EBSI through its inception and operates an EBSI node in Athens. It is also the National Research and Education Network (NREN) of Greece, offering networking and cloud services to Greek academic and research institutes, from its three Greek Data Centres. GRNET will participate in WP3. European Self Sovereign Identity Framework (ESSIF) specifications.
