DUO is the executive agency of the Dutch Ministry of Education and the trusted/legal holder of the Diploma registry (> 7 million diplomas) of the Netherlands and is the National Contact Point of Europass. DUO has a strong position in the (inter)national diploma business domain and international student mobility (founding father of the Groningen Declaration, active role in the EMREX community).
