INAIL is the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work, a public non-profit entity safeguarding workers against physical injuries and occupational diseases. It hosts an EBSI node, aimed to be an early adopter of the ESSIF framework in order to integrate EBSI capabilities into its business’ processes for bringing value to European citizens. INAIL will mainly participate in WP1. Project Management and Coordination, WP2. Strategizing for scaling up, take-up, and interoperability of EBSI use cases, WP3. European Self Sovereign Identity Framework (ESSIF), WP5 Social Security Use Case, WP7. Dissemination, communication and visibility and is leader of several tasks such as Task 5.1 Social security business requirements cross-border user journeys identification (Business Blueprint) and Task 5.3 Performing a pilot phase, hand over and reporting.
